This operational notice explains the current implementation. Final contractual terms, legal entity details and retention schedules still require review; this is not a compliance certification.

Public pages and demonstration

The demo uses fictional data and in-memory choices. It does not send your sample feedback, votes or partner requests to the app. Hosting providers may process normal request metadata. We do not add advertising trackers to these pages.

Accounts and program information

Account identity, authentication credentials, membership and submitted professional content are stored to operate the service. Cloudflare hosts the app, D1 database and uploaded media. Passwords are hashed. Sessions use essential cookies; signed-in draft features may use your browser’s local storage.

Onboarding requests

Public setup and support inquiries store your name, email, chosen role, organization, market and message in a private operator queue. Your response permission is recorded; no account, subscription or sponsor marketing permission is created. A temporary salted hash of request metadata limits abuse. Automated acknowledgment emails are not currently sent. Contact the support address below to request correction or deletion review of an inquiry.

When you submit an onboarding request, your selected role, organization, market, message and account identity are visible to ListingTrail operators for review and responding. No access, purchase, email campaign or subscription is created by that request. The operator queue stores a review record; no response-time guarantee is made.

Shared feedback and private notes

Authorized listing owners and program organizers receive shared feedback. Anonymous comments omit the author’s identity in their reports. Personal private notes remain separate and are not sponsor contact information. ListingTrail operators have broader support access.

Sponsor connections

Only an explicit request to the chosen sponsor grants the stated response permission. Optional marketing choices are separate. Sponsor company users see authorized company data according to their role. Viewing a sponsor or attending a tour never grants marketing permission. Withdrawal suppresses contact access but cannot recall previously downloaded files.

Community event publication

Only events explicitly approved for public display appear in the public calendar. Submission and program approval alone do not publish an event publicly. Do not submit private personal information in event descriptions or onboarding messages.

Providers and rights requests

Automated email and GoHighLevel delivery are disabled pending setup and testing. In Account and access, you can manage available preferences; the private privacy area lets you request access, correction, deletion or retention review. Such requests require human review and do not automatically erase records. Retention periods and incident procedures must be finalized before broader operational rollout.
