Signing in
Use the email your organizer or company owner invited. If you cannot sign in, or a verification or reset email has not arrived, email us from that address and we will sort it out by hand.
Billing
Charges appear on your card statement as LISTINGTRAIL. Receipts come from Stripe. To change a card, cancel, or ask about a charge, email info@listingtrail.com with your company name and market. Cancellation and make-good rules are in our Billing, Refunds and Make-goods terms.
Sponsors
To change your creative, your offer or the person who receives contact requests, use your company workspace or email us. Reports are in the workspace each month.
Privacy requests
Access, correction, deletion or marketing withdrawal: use the private privacy area in the app, or email us. Requests are reviewed by a person. Never email passwords, one-time codes, borrower documents or private financial information.
